For Agencies and MSPs
Digital business cards for agencies and MSPs
If you provision branded cards for a roster of client teams, per-seat tools punish you the moment you scale. BeamHello is white-label and flat per org: each client is its own workspace, on its own domain, showing its own logo — never yours, never BeamHello's.
One workspace per client, not one bill per person
Agencies and MSPs don't buy card software for themselves — they stand it up for other people's teams. That's exactly where per-seat pricing breaks. Popl, HiHello, and Blinq all meter by seat, so a ten-person client team lands somewhere around 40 to 70 dollars a month before you've added the next account.
BeamHello prices by organization. A Team org holds up to ten cards for a flat 24 dollars a month. Give each client its own org and the cost stays predictable no matter how the headcount moves inside it.
- Flat per-org pricing: one org, up to ten cards, 24 dollars a month.
- Competitors charge per seat — roughly 40 to 70 dollars at ten seats.
- Add a client, add an org. Add a person, the price holds.
White-label means their logo, not yours
When you hand a card to a client's sales rep, the client's brand is the only brand that should appear. On paid and branded orgs, cards carry the client's logo — and so do the Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes saved from those cards. The wallet pass shows their mark, not BeamHello's.
Custom domains and subdomains let each client live at its own address, and white-label support email (Agency tier and up) keeps your help replies coming from a name the client recognizes. Your delivery stays invisible, the way a good agency's should.
Sub-orgs keep a roster of clients organized
Running a dozen client teams from one flat list is a recipe for mistakes. Sub-orgs let you group client workspaces under your agency and keep each one's cards, domain, and branding cleanly separated. It's the structural piece a screenshot from a per-seat competitor can't answer — they simply don't nest clients this way.
- Each client is its own org with its own cards and domain.
- Branding, logos, and wallet passes stay scoped to that client.
- Group and manage the whole roster from one place.
Cards that capture contacts without nagging anyone
Every BeamHello card lives at a branded URL and writes to any blank NFC tag. A recipient taps or scans, sees the client's card, and saves the contact — there is no signup prompt, ever. That anti-nag behavior is deliberate: your client's prospect never hits a wall asking them to create an account.
Cards ship with a vCard download, a QR code, and a Contact QR that saves the contact without even opening the page. Each card includes an email signature generator. At Team tier and up, beam-yours-back turns a tap into a two-way exchange — owner-pull-only, so the card owner collects the contact back without the recipient ever being blocked or nagged.
HubSpot sync at 24 dollars, for the clients who run on it
For client teams that live in HubSpot, beam-yours-back contacts upsert straight into HubSpot Contacts, and the agency writes a timeline event onto the contact record. That's shipped at Team tier — the same 24-dollar flat org, not an enterprise add-on. Cards are noindex by default for privacy, and any individual card can be opted into indexing when a client wants a specific rep found in search.
- HubSpot Contact upsert plus a timeline event, live at Team tier.
- No signup prompt on any card — the anti-nag wedge.
- Custom domains, white-label support email, sub-orgs across your roster.
