This is a working draft. The full notice ships with the public launch; the substance below holds.
What we don't do
- Recipients of your card are never asked to sign up. Opening a BeamHello card never prompts, never collects an email, never sets a tracking cookie.
- Card pages do not load Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracker. Only the marketing site (beamhello.com itself) loads GA4.
- We do not append or enrich contact data from external sources. The only contact data we hold about a recipient is what they typed into the optional "Beam yours back" form.
- We do not sell data. We do not share data for advertising.
What we collect
- From you (the account holder): your email (for sign-in), the card content you put in, your billing info (handled by Stripe — we never see card numbers), and your HubSpot OAuth tokens if you connect HubSpot.
- From recipients: aggregate counts of card views and contact saves per card. No identifiers. No IP retention beyond rate-limiting (~30 minutes).
- If a recipient opts into the exchange form: whatever they choose to share — name, email, phone, company, title, optional message. This goes to your dashboard and, if HubSpot is connected, to your HubSpot.
Where it lives
Cloudflare Pages + Functions hosts the site and API; data lives in Cloudflare D1 + KV + R2 (US edge by default). Stripe processes payments. Mailgun delivers transactional email. HubSpot stores synced contacts (only when you connect it). No other vendors touch your data.
