White-label digital cards for a client's whole staff

Their logo on the card, their domain in the URL, their name on the wallet pass — and your invoice stays flat no matter how many people you onboard.

A client just signed off on a rebrand and wants their whole staff carrying matching digital cards by the quarterly all-hands. You are the agency on the hook to ship it — cleanly, under their brand, without a per-head price that balloons the moment headcount does. You do not want your own name showing up anywhere the client's people or their prospects will see it.

What a white-label rollout actually looks like

You stand up one org for the client, point it at a subdomain or custom domain they own, and drop in their logo and support address. From that moment every card the staff carries reads as the client's — the URL, the branding, and the Add to Wallet pass. BeamHello is the plumbing; the client is the brand your invoice for the project rides on.

  • Cards live at the client's own branded URL, not a generic link.
  • Apple and Google Wallet passes carry the client's logo, not BeamHello's.
  • White-label support email means replies come from the client's domain.
  • One org, one flat monthly price — headcount does not change it.

Why per-org pricing wins the resale math

Popl, HiHello, and Blinq all bill per seat. Onboard ten people at a client and you are staring at forty to seventy dollars a month before you have added a markup. BeamHello charges twenty-four dollars a month flat for an org up to ten cards, so the tenth staff member costs the same as the first. When you resell that as a line item, the margin is yours instead of the vendor's, and the client sees a number that does not creep every time they hire.

What the client's staff experience

A prospect taps or scans a card and saves the contact. That is the whole interaction — no account wall, no "create a profile to continue," no nag screen. The client's people look polished and the people they meet are not made to feel harvested. If the client wants a physical tap, any blank NFC tag takes the card's URL, so you can write a stack of tags in an afternoon.

Handing the exchange back into their CRM

When a staff member beams their card and pulls a contact back, that person upserts into the client's HubSpot as a Contact, and your agency org drops a timeline event on the record so their sales team sees where it came from. It is owner-pull-only — the recipient is never blocked or prompted, and nothing gets logged without the staff member choosing to beam back. Team tier and up includes this, at the same flat twenty-four dollars.

Extras that make the handoff clean

  • Per-card email signature generator so staff signatures match the card.
  • vCard download, QR, and a Contact QR that saves without opening the page.
  • Cards are noindex by default; a staff member can opt her own card in.

Where sub-orgs come in

If you run several clients, each lives as its own org under your account — separate branding, separate domain, separate wallet pass. You manage them from one place without the clients ever seeing each other or seeing BeamHello. That structural separation is something a per-seat competitor's screenshot cannot rebut: their logo, not yours, and yours nowhere in sight.

FAQ

Whose logo shows up on the wallet pass?

The client's. On a paid or branded org, the Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes carry the client's own logo — BeamHello does not appear on the pass the staff or their prospects see.

Does adding more staff to a client raise the price?

No. Pricing is flat per org, not per seat. Team is twenty-four dollars a month for one org up to ten cards, so the tenth card costs the same as the first — unlike Popl, HiHello, and Blinq, which bill per seat.

Will the client's prospects be asked to sign up when they save a card?

Never. A recipient opens the card and saves the contact with no signup prompt of any kind. There is no account wall and no nag screen, so the client's staff look polished and their contacts are not pressured.

Can each client be kept separate under our agency account?

Yes. Each client is its own org with its own branding, custom domain or subdomain, and wallet pass. You manage them all from one account, and clients never see each other or see BeamHello.
