Manage every client's cards from one agency account
Isolated, branded sub-orgs for every client — one login, flat per-org pricing, their logo not yours.
You run digital business cards for a roster of clients, and today that means a separate seat-based login for each one, each stamped with someone else's brand. BeamHello turns each client into its own isolated, white-labeled sub-org under a single agency account — their logo on the card and the Wallet pass, their branded URL, their support email — so you provision, brand, and bill many clients without the walls ever leaking or the per-seat bill ever ballooning.
One login, a wall between every client
Each client you manage becomes its own sub-org under your agency account. A sub-org carries that client's logo, colors, branded URL, and support email — and nothing leaks across the wall. The dentist's cards never render your agency name, and the law firm two rows down never sees the dentist. You switch between them from a single login instead of juggling a password manager full of client seats.
- Every client lives in an isolated, separately branded sub-org.
- Cards resolve at beamhello.com/{client}/{card}, not a shared path.
- Custom domains, subdomains, and white-label support email per client.
- Wallet passes carry the client's logo — Apple and Google.
What the recipient sees belongs to the client, not to you
When a client's prospect opens a card, the page is fully the client's. When they tap Add to Wallet, the Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass shows the client's logo — not BeamHello, and not your agency. There is no account prompt at any point; the recipient saves the contact and moves on. That absence of a signup wall is the difference between a card people keep and a funnel they close. You deliver a finished, on-brand artifact your client can hand to their own customers without a single third-party name attached.
Branding that survives the tap
Popl, HiHello, and Blinq all render on their own domain and their own pass identity. A screenshot of your dashboard can look similar; the moment a recipient saves the contact or adds the Wallet pass, the other name surfaces. White-label sub-orgs remove that surface entirely.
Pricing that scales with clients, not headcount
Each client sub-org is a flat per-org plan. Team is 24 dollars a month for one org and up to ten cards — the whole client, not one person. Add a second card-holder at that client and the price does not move. Per-seat tools charge you again for every name you add, so a ten-person client that costs 24 dollars here runs 40 to 70 dollars a month on Popl, HiHello, or Blinq. Multiply that gap across a roster of clients and the model, not the feature list, is what decides your margin.
- Bill each client as a flat org, then mark it up however you like.
- Ten cards inside a client cost the same whether one or ten people carry them.
- HubSpot sync lands at 24 dollars — no enterprise tier gate.
Contacts flow back into each client's CRM
On Team and above, the beam-yours-back exchange upserts returned contacts straight into that client's HubSpot as Contacts, and your agency writes a timeline event on each one. The exchange is owner-pull-only — the recipient is never blocked and never nagged to send anything back. Every client's pipeline fills from their own cards, cleanly separated by sub-org, without you exporting spreadsheets between systems.
Provision a new client in minutes
Spin up a sub-org, drop in the client's logo and brand color, point a custom domain or subdomain at it, and set a white-label support address. Build the client's cards — up to ten on Team — write them to blank NFC tags, generate vCard downloads, Contact QRs that save without opening a page, QR codes, and per-card email signatures. Cards ship noindex by default for privacy; if a client wants a specific card found in search, opt that one card in. The client is live and self-contained, and you never left your agency account.
FAQ
Can one client's branding ever appear on another client's card?
No. Each client is an isolated sub-org with its own logo, colors, branded URL, and white-label support email. Nothing crosses between sub-orgs, and none of them show your agency name to recipients.
Whose logo shows on the Apple Wallet and Google Wallet pass?
The client's. On paid, branded sub-orgs the Add to Wallet pass carries that client's own logo on both Apple and Google Wallet — not BeamHello and not your agency.
How does pricing work across many clients?
Each client sub-org is a flat per-org plan. Team is 24 dollars a month for one org and up to ten cards, regardless of how many people carry them. You bill each client as a flat org rather than paying per seat as on Popl, HiHello, or Blinq.
Does each client's returned contacts go to their own HubSpot?
Yes. On Team and above, beam-yours-back contacts upsert into that client's HubSpot as Contacts and your agency adds a timeline event, kept separate per sub-org. The exchange is owner-pull-only and never nags the recipient.
