For Real estate

Digital business cards for real estate agents and brokerages

Give every agent a branded, tappable card that a buyer saves in one motion — at the door, off a yard sign, or from an open-house QR — with no signup to slow the handoff. Price it flat per brokerage instead of per seat, put your own logo on the Apple and Google Wallet pass, and sync exchanged contacts to HubSpot from the entry tier.

One org, every agent's card — flat, not per seat

A ten-agent brokerage on Popl, HiHello, or Blinq pays per seat: at ten agents that lands around 40 to 70 dollars a month, and it climbs every time you add a licensee. BeamHello prices per org. One Team org holds up to ten cards for 24 dollars a month, flat, whether one agent uses it or all ten. Every agent gets a card at your branded URL, beamhello.com/{brokerage}/{agent}, and you can write it to any blank NFC tag for a badge, a keychain, or a card stock reader.

  • Flat 24 dollars a month per org, up to 10 cards — not per seat.
  • Every agent lives at beamhello.com/{brokerage}/{agent}.
  • Write any card to a blank NFC tag yourself.

The card a buyer taps at an open house saves your contact — no signup, ever

Real estate runs on speed at the door. A buyer walks the open house, taps or scans, and their phone saves your contact. There is no account prompt, no download wall, no lead-capture form standing between the handshake and the save. That is the deliberate wedge: BeamHello never nags the recipient. For the yard sign and the flyer, a printed QR points straight at your card; a separate Contact QR saves your details without even opening the page, which is the fastest handoff when someone is halfway to their car.

Your brokerage's logo on Apple and Google Wallet

Add to Wallet is shipped on every card, for both Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. On a paid, branded org the pass carries your brokerage's own logo — not BeamHello's — so the buyer who saved you at the open house sees your name in their wallet weeks later when they are ready to make an offer. Each agent also gets a vCard download, a QR, and a per-card email signature generator so the card, the sign, and the outgoing email all match.

Two-way exchange and HubSpot, without touching your buyers

With Beam-yours-back on Team and up, an agent can pull the contact back from someone who taps their card — an owner-pull exchange that still never blocks or prompts the person on the other side. On Team and up those returned contacts upsert straight into HubSpot as Contacts; on Agency, BeamHello also logs a timeline event on the contact so you can see when the exchange happened. That is HubSpot sync starting at 24 dollars a month, where the per-seat tools reserve their CRM tiers for far more.

Name-searchable when you want it, private by default

Cards are noindex by default, so an agent's card does not surface in search unless she chooses. Any agent can opt her own card in to be indexable and name-searchable — useful when you want a buyer Googling your name to land on your live card. Agency plans add custom domains and subdomains plus white-label support email, so the whole brokerage runs under your domain, your logo, and your reply-to.

  • Cards are noindex by default; opt in per card to be searchable.
  • Custom domains, subdomains, and white-label support email on Agency.
  • Sub-orgs let a brokerage split teams under one account.
