BeamHello

White-label digital business card platform

Resell digital business cards under your own brand — your logo on the card and the wallet pass, flat per-org pricing you can mark up, sub-orgs per client, and HubSpot sync from 24 dollars. No signup prompt is ever shown to a recipient.

white-label means their logo, not yours

When you resell a per-seat card app, every recipient who saves a contact sees the vendor's brand, the vendor's save prompt, and the vendor's upsell. BeamHello removes the vendor. Paid and branded orgs show their own logo on the card, on the Apple Wallet pass, and on the Google Wallet pass. Custom domains and subdomains put cards on your URL. Support email is white-labeled at Agency and up. The end recipient never sees BeamHello, and never sees a signup prompt.

  • Branded orgs show their own logo on cards and wallet passes.
  • Custom domains and subdomains put cards on your URL.
  • White-label support email at Agency and up.
  • No signup prompt is ever shown to a recipient.

the four wedges a competitor screenshot cannot rebut

Popl, HiHello, and Blinq all ship polished cards. A feature screenshot from any of them can be matched. These four structural facts cannot, because they are pricing and architecture, not pixels.

1. white-label — their logo, not yours

Branded orgs replace the vendor mark end to end, including on the shipped Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes. Competitors put their brand on the save experience.

2. flat per-org pricing, not per-seat

Team is one org, up to 10 cards, 24 dollars per month flat. Popl, HiHello, and Blinq charge per seat, which lands around 40 to 70 dollars per month at 10 seats. As a reseller, flat pricing is a margin you can mark up predictably instead of a headcount tax you pass through.

3. sub-orgs for many clients under one roof

Each client you onboard is its own org with its own branding, its own domain, and its own cards. You run many branded fronts without stacking many separate subscriptions.

4. HubSpot sync at 24 dollars

Beam-yours-back contacts upsert as HubSpot Contacts starting at Team. Agency adds a timeline event on the contact. Competitors gate CRM sync behind higher per-seat tiers.

what a recipient experiences

A recipient opens a card at a branded URL and saves the contact. There is no account wall, no nag, no toggle to remember to switch off. The owner can pull the contact back through beam-yours-back, a two-way exchange available at Team and up that is owner-pull-only and never blocks the recipient. This is the anti-nag wedge: your client's prospect is never asked to sign up for a product they didn't choose.

  • Recipient opens a card and saves the contact — no signup, ever.
  • Beam-yours-back is owner-pull-only and never nags the recipient.
  • Cards are noindex by default; owners can opt a card in.

everything you resell under your own brand

Cards live at branded URLs of the form beamhello.com/{org}/{card} and write to any blank NFC tag. Every card ships an Add to Wallet pass for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, a vCard download, a QR code, and a Contact QR that saves the contact without opening the page. There is a per-card email signature generator and built-in NFC writing. Cards are noindex by default for privacy, and any card can be opted in — a realtor can index her own card while the rest stay private.

how it compares for resellers

Popl is built around a lead-capture funnel and charges per seat. HiHello charges per seat and ships a save prompt that is toggle-able, which means it exists and can reappear. Blinq charges per seat; recipients can save without an account, but the card still carries Blinq's brand. Against all three, BeamHello's reseller case rests on the four structural wedges above rather than on feature parity, which any of them can screenshot back.

frequently asked questions

can I put my own brand on the cards and wallet passes?

Yes. Paid and branded orgs show their own logo on the card and on both the Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes. Custom domains, subdomains, and white-label support email are available at Agency and up.

is pricing per seat or per organization?

Per organization, flat. Team is one org, up to 10 cards, for 24 dollars per month. This is the core difference from Popl, HiHello, and Blinq, which charge per seat.

can I run separate branded fronts for multiple clients?

Yes. Sub-orgs let each client be its own org with its own branding, domain, and cards, without a separate subscription per client.

do recipients have to create an account to save a contact?

No. A recipient opens a card and saves the contact with no signup prompt, ever. Beam-yours-back is owner-pull-only and never blocks or nags the recipient.

is there CRM sync?

Yes. At Team and up, beam-yours-back contacts upsert as HubSpot Contacts. Agency adds a timeline event on the contact.

can cards write to NFC and appear in search?

Cards write to any blank NFC tag and include a QR and Contact QR. Cards are noindex by default for privacy; any individual card can be opted in to indexing.
