BeamHello
Digital business cards for teams
Give your whole team branded digital business cards for one flat price. BeamHello Team is 24 dollars a month for one org and up to 10 cards — priced per org, not per seat — with white-label cards, Apple and Google Wallet passes carrying your logo, and HubSpot sync included.
- Flat 24 dollars a month for one org, up to 10 cards.
- Priced per org, not per seat, unlike Popl, HiHello, and Blinq.
- Every card is white-label: your logo, your branded URL.
- Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes carry your logo, not ours.
- Recipients save your contact with no signup prompt, ever.
- HubSpot sync ships at Team and above.
Per-org pricing, not per-seat math
Most digital business card tools bill per seat. Add a tenth person and you are paying for ten licenses. BeamHello Team is a single flat price: 24 dollars a month covers one org and up to 10 cards. The number does not climb as you add people up to that limit.
The comparison is concrete. Popl, HiHello, and Blinq all price per seat. At ten people, a per-seat plan commonly lands somewhere around 40 to 70 dollars a month. BeamHello Team stays at 24 dollars flat. That gap is structural, not a promotion — it comes from how the plan is metered.
One org, central control
A Team org is one container you administer. You create and edit each of the up-to-10 cards, publish them to branded URLs at beamhello.com/{org}/{card}, and update titles, links, and photos in one place. There is no per-person subscription to track and no seat count to reconcile.
- Add a new hire's card without adding a new bill.
- Write any card to a blank NFC tag, or share it by QR or link.
- Fix a phone number once and the live card reflects it.
What each card can do
Every card includes a vCard download and a QR code, plus a Contact QR that saves the contact without opening the page. Each card can generate a matching email signature, and any card can be written to a blank NFC tag. Cards are noindex by default for privacy; an individual can opt her own card into search if she wants to be found.
White-label, so it looks like your company
On a paid, branded org, the cards carry your logo and live at your branded URL. The Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes your team hands out show your logo on the pass — not BeamHello's. Custom domains, subdomains, and a white-label support email are available at Agency and above. A recipient never sees our brand where yours should be.
No signup prompt for the people you meet
When someone opens one of your team's cards and saves the contact, there is no account wall and no nag. This is the difference from lead-capture funnels: BeamHello never asks the recipient to sign up, and never blocks the save. The two-way exchange, beam-yours-back, is owner-pull-only — you can collect a contact back, but the recipient is never forced through a prompt to give it.
HubSpot sync at Team
Contacts your team beams back upsert into HubSpot as Contacts, starting at the Team tier — the same 24-dollar plan. Agency adds a timeline event on each synced contact. Competing per-seat tools typically gate CRM sync behind higher tiers; here it is included at the entry team price.
How BeamHello compares for teams
Popl, HiHello, and Blinq are capable products, and any of them can show a nice card on a screen. The differences that matter for a team are the ones a screenshot cannot rebut:
- White-label: your logo on the card and the wallet pass, not the vendor's.
- Flat per-org pricing: 24 dollars for up to 10 cards, not per seat.
- Sub-orgs: structure that grows with the organization.
- HubSpot at 24 dollars: CRM sync at the entry team price.
To be fair to the alternatives: HiHello's save-prompt is toggle-able, and Blinq lets recipients save without an account. BeamHello's position is that there is no prompt to toggle in the first place, and the pricing and white-label structure hold regardless of which screen a recipient sees.
