BeamHello
Add your business card to Apple Wallet
Turn a BeamHello card into an Apple Wallet pass in one tap — Google Wallet too. On paid orgs the pass shows your logo, not ours, and the person saving you never hits a signup prompt.
- Add a business card to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet from any BeamHello card.
- Recipients save your contact with no signup prompt, ever.
- Paid orgs show their own logo on the pass, not BeamHello's.
- Flat 24 dollars per month for one org, up to 10 cards.
- vCard, contact QR, and NFC writing ship alongside every wallet pass.
Add your business card to Apple Wallet
Every BeamHello card carries an Add to Wallet button. Open the card on an iPhone, tap it, and your details install as an Apple Wallet pass that lives next to your boarding passes and loyalty cards. There is nothing to install first and no account to create. The pass holds your name, title, and organization, and the underlying card stays reachable at a branded URL like beamhello.com/{org}/{card}.
Because the pass is generated from your live card, you update your card once and re-share. You are not re-designing a static image or emailing a new file every time your title changes.
Google Wallet works the same way
Apple Wallet is not the whole audience. BeamHello also ships Google Wallet passes, so an Android recipient gets the same Add to Wallet path from the same card. You do not maintain two products or decide up front which platform someone uses. Send one link; the card offers the right wallet for the device that opens it.
Your logo on the pass, not ours
On paid and branded orgs, the wallet pass shows your organization's own logo. The pass a client saves reads as your company, not as a tool you happened to use. This is a structural difference from per-seat card apps: their branding sits on the pass by default, and a screenshot of your own pass cannot argue otherwise.
The four things a competitor screenshot cannot rebut
- White label: the wallet pass and card carry your logo, not BeamHello's.
- Flat per-org pricing: 24 dollars per month for up to 10 cards, not per seat.
- Sub-orgs: run departments or client brands as separate orgs under one account.
- HubSpot sync at 24 dollars: Team+ upserts beam-yours-back contacts into HubSpot.
No signup prompt, ever
When someone opens your card to add it to their wallet or save the contact, BeamHello never interrupts with a create-an-account prompt. Popl runs a lead-capture funnel; HiHello ships a save-prompt you can toggle; Blinq lets recipients save without an account. BeamHello removes the prompt entirely and does not make it a setting. The recipient saves you and moves on.
Everything else the card carries
The wallet pass is one way to be saved. Each BeamHello card also offers a vCard download, a QR code, and a contact QR that writes the contact to a phone without even opening the page. You can generate a per-card email signature and write the card to any blank NFC tag. Cards are noindex by default for privacy, and any card owner can opt an individual card into indexing.
Flat pricing, one org
Team is 24 dollars per month for one org with up to 10 cards, priced per org rather than per seat. Per-seat tools like Popl, HiHello, and Blinq land around 40 to 70 dollars per month at ten seats. At Team and above, beam-yours-back is a two-way exchange that upserts saved contacts into HubSpot as Contacts; Agency adds a timeline event on the contact and unlocks custom domains, subdomains, and white-label support email.
